Depending on your account type, this may include:
Candidates: name, email, optional phone number, profile photo, CV, work references and other documents you upload, positions, location, experience, languages, driver's licence, availability, salary expectations and biography.
Households: name, email, optional phone number, household name, description, location and job listings.
All users: login data, messages sent through the platform, job applications, orders and the payment reference used for payments via Twint.
Candidate profiles are published on the platform for recruitment purposes, once a candidate has given their consent at registration. Contact details, CVs and documents are only shown to logged-in households that have unlocked the profile, and to administrators. They are not shown to the public or to other candidates.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payments are made via Twint; Twint processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
We send you service emails, for example when you receive a new message on the platform or when you reset your password. These emails do not contain the text of your messages.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent to publication at any time. You can update most of your information directly in your profile, or contact us at contact@privatehousehold.ch to request a change or deletion.
Your data is stored on servers operated for Privatehousehold and protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including password hashing and access controls.
We use essential cookies required for login sessions and your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
