These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the platform privatehousehold.ch, operated by Privatehousehold, Neuhofstrasse 3c, CH-6340 Baar, by households and candidates.
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping their login details confidential.
Job listings and candidate profiles are published immediately upon submission. Our team monitors published content afterwards and may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, including but not limited to discrimination, sexism, harassment, or other inappropriate content.
With the optional verification of a professional (“Verified Professional” badge), only the CV and the work references are checked. All other details in the profile, such as identity, education or contact data, are provided by the person concerned and are not verified. Verification does not constitute an assessment of professional suitability, which remains the responsibility of the parties involved.
Candidates may search and apply for free. Households pay a listing fee or a fee for unlocking candidate profiles, as described on the pricing section of the "For Households" page. Payment is made via Twint.
Privatehousehold provides a platform for households and candidates to connect. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform and accept no liability for the conduct of users. Further information on liability can be found in the Impressum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Notwithstanding any imperative statutory provisions to the contrary, these Terms are subject to Swiss law, without regard to the conflict-of-law principles. The place of jurisdiction is Zoug.
